Lee
Founder and Company Director
Before entering the education sector, I served as Head of the International Drilling Department for an International oil and gas recruitment company, leading operations focused on the U.S. market. Splitting my time between the UK and the United States, I gained invaluable experience in commercial strategy, international leadership, and managing high-pressure environments, skills that continue to shape how I lead Rising Hope Education today.
In 2O15, I transitioned into education recruitment, focusing on primary school staffing across Central and East London, including Surrey and Essex. While my remit covered all roles within primary settings, my desk became heavily SEND-focused. Over the years, I’ve placed over 1,5OO education professionals and supported tens of thousands of pupils directly and through the teams I’ve led — ensuring every placement was grounded in quality, care, and character alignment.
I’m Team-Teach trained, with working knowledge of behaviour support, de-escalation strategies, and supporting children across the Autistic Spectrum and those with more complex needs. I take pride in a thorough, values-led recruitment process that prioritises safeguarding, consistency, and the right team fit because the right match transforms not only classrooms, but lives.
